Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order any time before the product is shipped or produced for a full refund. Once the product has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

Return Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your product. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete the return.

Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return is due to a change of mind or other reasons unrelated to product quality, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. The fee will depend on the shipping provider you choose.
  • If the return is due to a defective or incorrect product, we will cover the shipping costs.

We only charge for shipping once (this includes returns), and there are no restocking fees.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 days, and the amount will be credited to your original method of payment.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Double-check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card provider, as it may take some time for the refund to officially post.
  3. Reach out to your bank, as there may be processing delays.
